Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

To start a return, email kurtis@jargonjunkie.co with your order number. If approved, you'll ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at kurtis@jargonjunkie.co within 7 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. No return shipment required.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

European Union Customers

You have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason per EU consumer protection law. Same conditions apply: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.

Non-Returnable

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
