PROCESSING TIME
All Jargon Junkie products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days after processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days after processing
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Our print partners use various carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method. The specific carrier will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at kurtis@jargonjunkie.co.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
